Immigration, Refugees and Citizenship Canada (IRCC) has issued 3,000 Invitations to Apply (ITAs) through the Express Entry system in a recent draw targeting Canadian Experience Class (CEC) candidates. This draw, held on July 8, 2025, required candidates to have a minimum Comprehensive Ranking System (CRS) score of 518, marking the lowest CRS cut-off for a CEC-specific draw since September 2024. In addition to meeting the CRS requirement, eligible candidates must have created their Express Entry profile before 1:48 a.m. Coordinated Universal Time (UTC) on October 2, 2024. This draw reflects IRCC’s continued focus on selecting candidates with Canadian work experience to support the country’s labour market needs.
